This document establishes the terms and conditions of use of the site and the purchase of ReArm® Multicam® products sold through this site.

- Products and availability
The products presented on the site are described through relevant commercial and technical information, photographs, sizes, materials and main features.
INVICTUS strives to ensure that the information displayed is accurate and up-to-date. However, there may be minor differences in color, texture, or visual perception due to screen settings, brightness, or viewing angle.
Products are delivered within the limits of available stock. If an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be informed and the order may be modified, canceled or refunded, as appropriate.
- Prices
Product prices are expressed in lei and include VAT, and for the English version of the site, for orders placed by customers outside Romania, in euros.
Delivery costs, any additional fees and promotional conditions will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.
INVICTUS reserves the right to modify prices, promotions and commercial conditions, without these modifications affecting already confirmed orders, except in cases of obvious error.
- Placing and confirming the order
The order is placed by filling in the necessary information on the platform and selecting the available products, sizes, quantities, payment method and delivery method.
Confirmation of receipt of the order does not automatically represent its final acceptance in all situations. INVICTUS may contact the customer to verify data, clarify information or confirm product availability.
- Right of withdrawal or return
In accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the client/consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product.
The customer may request a product exchange within 14 days of receiving the package, without giving a reason. In case of requesting another product with a higher price, the price difference will be paid. The requested product will be sent for exchange only after the initially purchased product is returned. The refund of the product value or, as the case may be, its replacement, will be made within 14 days of return.
In the event of a product cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer, less any shipping fees.
The customer will send the product at his own expense, INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA does not receive cash on delivery packages.
In the case of returning or replacing products as a result of canceling the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer. Repeatedly canceling the purchase may be considered abuse.
Products that have been worn, have had their labels cut off, or have damaged packaging cannot be returned.
If you were sent a different product than the one you ordered, you can return it. INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA will cover the shipping costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package from you.
These provisions apply in accordance with OG 130/2000 for products purchased from this site through e-commerce. The customer has the right to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the conditions of art. 4 par. 1 letter b) of OG 130/2000.
The return of products is subject to this law only for products that are delivered to customers by express courier, orders that were picked up from the INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA offices in Galati and Bucharest are not considered distance commerce, but sales through specialized stores, as they can be viewed, checked and accepted personally, as corresponding to the purpose and needs of the customer.

The package with the product together with the invoice should be sent to the following address: Vanatori Commune, DN26, km 6, Foltanului Street, no. 1E, 807325, Galati.
- Warranties and compliance
The products sold benefit from legal rights regarding product conformity and applicable warranties.
For purchased products, a warranty is granted in accordance with the provisions of GEO 140/2021. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the product.
The warranty is provided under the conditions of compliance with a normal operating regime (the use of the products will be in an appropriate climatic and mechanical environment; the products will be used in accordance with their purpose and destination and will be protected from excessive physical and mechanical actions: cutting, piercing, tearing, abrasion), maintenance instructions and appropriate storage conditions (they will be stored in appropriate, clean, ventilated, moisture-free spaces, protected from direct sunlight and rodents).Limitation of warranty provision – No warranty is offered for products that have undergone modifications not authorized by the manufacturer or have been damaged due to improper use or maintenance:
– moral wear and normal physical wear of the product;
– wear of rubber and elastic materials and mechanical damage to fasteners and zippers; – discoloration of the product or its component parts following exposure to extreme environmental factors (sun, other strong sources of heat, excessive humidity, rain, snow); – damage suffered by the product following extraordinary events: accidents, fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.; – defects caused by handling and storing the product in improper conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, etc.) as well as in case of intervention on it by the action of pets, rodents, pests; – defects caused by inappropriate or incorrect use of the product, including in case of voluntary or involuntary mechanical shocks (friction, hitting, hanging, breaking, tearing, etc.); – intervention carried out on the product by unauthorized persons including painting the product; – faulty maintenance (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products).If you find a product defect during the warranty period, please contact us at the email address office@multicam.ro or via WhatsApp at 0747-267072.
Repairs or replacements during the commercial warranty period are generally carried out within 15 calendar days from the moment the seller was informed by the consumer of the non-conformity, except for products sold by other brands which may require parts or sub-assemblies that require a longer supply time. The customer will be informed of this exceptional situation within the 15-day period mentioned above.

Users of this website may post product reviews, general reviews and comments on them, send suggestions, ask questions, as long as their content is not illegal, does not violate the right to privacy or the law on the protection of intellectual property, does not contain computer viruses, commercial, political communications or incites hatred or intolerance. INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA reserves the right, but has no obligation, to periodically review this content and, without any explanation, to post or not reviews written by users who are not customers or comments that are not of interest, that create tension and disagreement with users of the website and customers of the company and/or that fall under the incidence of art. 1 of Law 61/1991, updated in 2016, for sanctioning acts of violation of certain norms of social coexistence, public order and peace: “obscene acts or gestures, uttering insults, offensive or vulgar expressions, threats of acts of violence against persons or their property, of a nature to disturb public order and peace or to provoke indignation of citizens or to harm their dignity and honor or of public institutions”.- Personal data
Personal data is processed for the purpose of managing orders, payments, deliveries, customer relations and fulfilling legal obligations.
The buyer, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679: GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, by purchasing products from the seller, declares that he agrees that SC INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA collects and processes personal data for the purpose of sending the ordered products, promotional materials and advertising messages, in compliance with the principle of confidentiality of the data received.
SC INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA guarantees compliance with the rights conferred by the European Regulation 2016/679 regarding the processing of personal data and their protection: the right to rectification, deletion, objection or restriction, the right to opposition, the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene in the data, the right to address the justice. These rights can be exercised by means of a simple written and signed request to be sent by post to the address Comuna Vanatori, DN26, km 6, str. Foltanului, no. 1E Galati, 807325, Galați, Romania.

Consumers can appeal, according to the law, to the National Authority for Consumer Protection and to the available alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
