Tactical production in the INVICTUS factory
ReArm® Multicam® products are manufactured in Romania, in the INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA factory, in a controlled technological flow, built for tactical equipment that must meet the real requirements of field use.
For INVICTUS, Made in Romania means more than the place of manufacture. It means design, testing, execution, verification and delivery carried out locally, with direct involvement in every stage of the product.
From concept to finished product
The process begins with the pre-production stage: concept, design, pattern design and adjustment in the Gemini CAD system, grading, optimized framing planning, sample making and accessory selection.
Samples are developed, analyzed and repeated until an optimal fit is achieved, with a focus on functionality, freedom of movement and a neat, coherent and professional military appearance.
Technology for precision and repeatability
The INVICTUS factory has cutting tables and equipment, including laser cutting technology, as well as over 200 specific industrial machines and devices.
For small parts and repetitive operations, we use robotic, programmable equipment that ensures precision, repeatability, and consistency in execution, without replacing the essential role of production specialists.
Direct quality control
Production includes cutting, assembly, special operations, accessory application, cleaning, as well as related operations such as embroidery, screen printing, labeling, packaging, and delivery logistics.
Quality control is integrated into the design, procurement and production stages, with intermediate checks, 100% final control and AQL inspections to ensure product conformity before delivery.

Through its own factory, INVICTUS supports the development of a Romanian tactical portfolio, with traceability, local production capacity and direct contribution to the national economy.
