INVICTUS brand for a new stage of the defense industry
ReArm® is the registered trademark of INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA , developed in response to a new strategic reality: strengthening European defense capacity and increasing the role of national industry in supporting operational readiness.
The ReArm® brand was born in 2025, in the context of the European Commission’s launch of the White Paper for European Defence – Readiness 2030 and the SAFE – Security Action for Europe program , instruments that mark a clear direction of investment, endowment and development of the European defence industrial base.
For INVICTUS, ReArm® represents more than a product line. It is a strategic development direction, built on industrial experience, in-house production, responsibility towards the user and the ability to deliver solutions relevant to the current demands of the defense market.
Industrial foundation and authorizations
INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA is authorized by the Ministry of Economy as a strategic supplier of military products, in accordance with Law No. 232/2016 on the national defense industry .
Also, INVICTUS is a NATO authorized supplier, with the NCAGE code , which confirms the company’s integration into the identification system used in relation to the procurement structures and mechanisms in the NATO ecosystem.
These benchmarks support the development of the ReArm® brand as a proprietary platform for tactical products, equipment and solutions manufactured in Romania, with an orientation towards quality, traceability and professional use.
In addition to its ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications, INVICTUS has begun the process of obtaining Oeko-Tex STEP® certification. This is a certification for manufacturing facilities in the textile industry, providing credible proof to clients and partners that production is controlled, responsible, and aligned with international requirements, with a focus on reducing risks related to the environment, chemicals, occupational safety, and social compliance.
