The buyer, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679: GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, by purchasing products from the seller, declares that he agrees that SC INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA collects and processes personal data for the purpose of sending the ordered products, promotional materials and advertising messages, in compliance with the principle of confidentiality of the data received.

SC INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE SA guarantees compliance with the rights conferred by the European Regulation 2016/679 regarding the processing of personal data and their protection: the right to rectification, deletion, objection or restriction, the right to opposition, the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene in the data, the right to address the justice.
