International use

Multicam® Original is used by military forces and specialized units in NATO armies, being recognized as a camouflage pattern tested in real operational scenarios.

The US Army introduced Multicam® for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, after evaluations of the pattern’s effectiveness in varied terrain.

In Europe, the UK Royal Marines have switched to a uniform using Crye Precision Multicam® and the Belgian Defence Clothing System is being implemented in Multicam® through a consortium that includes Crye Precision. These examples confirm the status of Multicam® Original as an international benchmark in modern tactical equipment.

Models derived from the Multicam® philosophy

The influence of Multicam® is also seen in the emergence of national patterns developed on the same multi-environment camouflage logic.

A relevant example is the MTP – Multi-Terrain Pattern , adopted by the British Armed Forces, described as a modified version of the Crye Multicam® pattern, adapted through visual elements inspired by the British DPM tradition.

In Germany, the Bundeswehr developed Multitarn , a universal pattern initially introduced for special forces and intended for wider use in modern field conditions.

Another recent example is Slovakia, which announced the transition to the new VZOR 2025 pattern , developed nationally for the Slovak Armed Forces, which has a visual direction close to Multicam®-type multi-environment camouflages, with its own chromatic adaptations for local requirements.

FOS troops in Romania

The use of Multicam® Original materials supports the natural integration of ReArm® products with tactical equipment items already in service by SOF units — Special Operations Forces acquired to date.

Through production in Romania, INVICTUS offers a competitive alternative for tactical equipment in Multicam® Original: locally manufactured products, with more affordable prices, without compromises in terms of material selection, quality of execution and functionality in the field.

Global compatibility in tactical use

This compatibility with FOS and NATO equipment constitutes a strategic advantage, being important both visually, through the continuity of the camouflage pattern, and functionally, through the possibility of integrating ReArm® Multicam® products into existing or future equipment configurations.
